Have you ever browsed through a furniture catalog or admired a decorated room and wondered I would love a room like that in my home or “WOW! What does a room like “that” cost?” Well, I had those same thought and question when I laid my eyes on this Restoration Hardware (RH) living room. Time to find out and decide if it is worth the splurge or save and try to recreate the space.
SECTIONAL
SPLURGE – RH Lugano Slipcover Modular Sectional
RH Lugano sectional has many fabric and color options. There are various depths, “Luxe or Classic” that will affect the price and you can select from a “standard or down-feather fill. The price for a non-member, with no custom selection is $14,180.00 and for a member is $13,255.00, which excludes taxes… As you can see the savings for a member starts at $925.00. Now, let’s see if we can find a similar sofa and save some money.
SAVE – It was not difficult to locate some alternates to the RH Lugano sectional and Value City offered many possibilities and I’m sure you too can locate sectional that offers a saving at your favorite furniture store.
Option A – Value City’s Plush Feathered Comfort 4-piece Sectional and Ottoman, $3,099.95. There is also a 5-piece for $3,799.94; sectional is available in 28+ fabric/colors.
Option B – Value City’s Westport Performance Fabric 5-piece Sectional – $4,199.95; available in six colors.
Option C – Value City Mackenzie 2-piece Sectional and Ottoman – $1,999.97; available in 3 colors.
Option D – Value City Sierra 5-Piece Dual-Power Reclining Sectional – $4,499.95; available in black or ivory.
CHAIR
SPLURGE – I’m in LOVE with RH Thaddeus Gold Armchair.
The hammered gold frame is GORGEOUS!❤️ The cost is $2,621.00 for a member and $3,495.00 for non-members.
If the RH Thaddeus Track arm chair is not your taste, RH offers other versions starting at $2,096 for members and $2,795 for non-members:
The Thaddeus armchair frame is available in three finishes: (1) Forged Pewter (2) Forged Brass and (3) Black Forged Iron.
OH MY! The gorgeous Thaddeus chair has a matching ottoman.
SAVE – Time to stop drooling 🤤 over the Thaddeus armchair and save some money.
Option A – Wayfair Cowger Armchair is only $409.99. As you can see, the upholstery color is Abalone was sold out when preparing this blog. However, the chair is available in multiple colors.
Option B – Wayfair’s Everly Quinn Clarklake Armchair cost is $439.99. The Everly is good alternate to the RH Thaddeus Armchair.
Option C – Wayfair Lakeville Wide Armchair is another save that will only cost you $559.99.
COFFEE TABLE
SPLURGE – RH T-Brace Coffee Table is Magnificent!
The RH’s T-Brace Coffee Table comes in natural wood tones and multiple metal finishes. I am loving both the natural oak with pewter and brass finishes. The RH T-Brace coffee table will cost members $2,508.00 and non-members $3,345.00.
SAVE at Wayfair
If you are not willing to become a RH member or drop over $3,000.00 on a coffee table, the following coffee tables are pretty close to the RH T-BRACE coffee table:
A – Wayfair Berkman Cross Legs – $449.99

C – Wayfair Kirkus Espresso Brass – $439.99

SPLURGE – How Grand is RH’s Ottimo Torchiere Floor Lamp! STUNNING!
The Ottimo will only cost a RH member $2,418.00 and a non-member $3,225. 00. Definitely need to located a saver; I love this torch lamp.
SAVE – I have located five options for the RH Ottimo Torchiere floor lamp. Some are not exact but provides the same structure as the RH’s Ottimo torch lamp.

SPLURGE – What an unique piece! I love the raw rich appearance of RH T-Brace Round Side Table.
SAVE – Wayfair and Overstock T-Brace End Tables
Searching for a substitute accent table took a lot less time than the RH Ottimo Torchiere lamp. There are a multitude of accent tables that will be easy on the wallet, if that is what you prefer. Wayfair and Overstock sells a T-Brace end table that is a good replica of the RH T-Brace Side Table.
The Wayfair Kirkus T-Brace End Table for only $269.99, is a great match. Overstock also has a Jensen Wood and Metal T-Brace End Table by iNSPIRE Q for $209.99. Perigold’s Laurel Canyon End Table is perfect for the silver lovers; cost $1,099.00

MIRROR
SPLURGE – RH Gilt Arched Mirror
RH Gilt Arch Mirror is $1,946 for members and $2,595 for non-members. Again, it pays to be a member if you want a splurge. The mirror is also available in silver.
SAVE at Wayfair
Option A – Wayfair Traditional Accent Mirror – $1,070.15, the gold leaf is out of the stock. The mirror also comes in a Champagne Silver Leaf that is available. Wayfair’s Traditional option “hit right on the money!”
SAVE – Option B – For the silver lovers, you can not go wrong with the Wayfair’s Grosvenor Arched Silver Wall Mirror for only $229.99. It is a little smaller than the RH Gilt mirror, which is 54″H, but it is just has stunning!
CHANDELIER
SPLURGE – RH Marignan Chandelier
WOW WOW WOW! Can we take a moment to admire RH Marignan Chandelier (60 inch)… SIMPLY BREATHTAKING! Members can grace their home with the Marignan Chandelier for a measly $14,640.00 and non-members are dishing out $19,520.00.
SAVE – Yup, I found some pretty good options:
Option A – It is not exact but you can SAVE thousands on the Amazon GMlikin Crystal Chandelier Modern Luxury, $639.99 for a 39 inch.
Option B – Amazon Ceenwe Crystal Chandelier Modern Luxury, (23.9 inches) $299.99.
TASK LIGHT
SPLURGE – RH Metier Task Light
Lastly, we have the RH Metier Task Light, which is a simple touch that would be a great accent piece to any decor style.
